Q1. How much does it cost to have designs digitized?


Answer: Dingitizing--------$3.60 per 1,000 stitches
No minimum order
The maximum charged price -------$140.0, the stitch count is 39,000 stitches.

Q2. How do I get a quote or place an order?

Answer: Send us an e-mail via following addresses with your logo attached in JPG, TIF, BMP, CDR, AI OF PDF format, although JPG is preferred. To make sure the design will be sent back as soon as possible, please send us your design along with 3 main items:
a. Size: Please specify the width and height
b. Material: What kind of fabric it will be sewn on?
c. Format: what kind of format you want and other special inquires

Q3. How long will it take to get my digitized design?

Answer: Our standard turn-around time is 24 hours. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will finish within a few hours with NO extra charge.

Q4. What's the charge for editing?

Answer: Most of the editing is free, except adding new part to the original logo we have done or you change your introduction that need us to re-digitize, such as adding lettering, background, and we only charge the stitches for the extra part.

Q5. What format do you offer?

Answer: We can supply most formats such as CND, PES, PEC, JEF, EMB, ART, EXP, HUS, POF, and XXX etc.

Q6. What kind of software do you use for digitizing?

Answer: We use Tajima, Rainbow, Richpeace, Wilcom, and Melco for digitizing.

Q7. What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: a. We take Company check, Visa, Master card and American Express.
b. You can pay by credit card via http://www.PayPal.com at no extra cost.
c. To pay by bank wire payment, please contact us.

Q8. How to pay for my designs?

Answer: About payment, you can pay by credit card via http://www.PayPal.com at no extra cost. PayPal is the fast, easy and secure way for online payments. (PayPal, an eBay company), our PayPal account is invoice@alldigitizing.com

Q9: How do I get my design?

Answer: We will send back the completed DST file (if you need other format please inform us), as well as the scan of the sewout, which will be scanned with high dpi and obviously tied into the thread count, then you can check the quality.

Q10. What if I don't like my job?

Answer: We make every effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. We will do everything possible to ensure that your orders are done with the highest quality. Let us know if you are not satisfied with the design we digitized, we will make it correct as per your request right away.

Q11. Do you sell your stock design?

Answer: In order to protect customers' copyright, we do not sell stock design?Your design will be kept strictly confidential by us. We never sell our customer's design to others. Also we have a strong system of store to keep your designs in case you lose it or can't find it, please feel free to contact us, we'll resend it to you ASAP.

Q12. which type of stitch include?

Answer: We can provide such design types as flat embroidery, appliqué embroidery and 3D foam embroidery.
